Tropicana is launching a new app, Tropicana Sportsbook & Casino on August 30th. Per Pennsylvania regulations, a company can have only 1 online sportsbook, so sports betting has been disabled on this Tropicana Casino & Sportsbook app on August 29th.

Do I already have an account on the new Tropicana Sportsbook app?
No, you will need to create a new account.

Is my Current Tropicana Casino app linked to the new Tropicana Sportsbook app?
This new app is not linked to your existing Tropicana Casino app. They both earn Caesars Rewards Tier Credits, but the apps themselves are not linked together

Can I still bet on Sports on the Tropicana Casino App?
As of 8/29, you will no longer be able to bet on sports on the existing Tropicana Casino app. If you would like to continue to make sports bets within Tropicana, you will need to download the new Tropicana Sportsbook & Casino App.

What will happen to my existing bets on the Tropicana Casino App?
All bets already made as of 8/29/2022 will continue to be live. If you have an active bet that results in a win, your winnings will be placed in your account in the normal manner.

How does this affect the casino on Tropicana Casino?
Casino gaming and casino bonuses will still be live and will not change.

How does this affect my account?
Nothing about your account will change. You can withdraw deposit and withdraw funds as you normally would.

What will happen to my existing sportsbook bonus offers?
Sportsbook bonus offers on Tropicana Casino will be converted to bonus cash with a 1 times (1x) playthrough requirement on any casino game
